Adding New Buttons and Icons

The Above was Extracted from the matlibs folder - gui_ingame.tml

aswell as discovering a variety of unused buttons in this tml i also discovered how to activate them

Notice the three empty button spaces at the end.

Skinning buttons uses the exact same method as skinning dino's so them buttons can be modified and put back into the tml in much the same way as skinning dinos

i figured out how to activate the empty button next to the snowglobe in game as well.

go to Main in the GUI folder and find
sideordersalad Upgrades_purchase 192 0 63 63 0 false false false;
sideordernone Upgrades_purchase 1 65 63 63 0 false false false;
sideorderchips Upgrades_purchase 64 64 63 63 0 false false false;
sideorderchilli Upgrades_purchase 129 64 63 63 0 false false false;
shopballoon Upgrades_purchase 192 64 63 63 0 false false false;
shopfunbag Upgrades_purchase 1 128 63 63 0 false false false;
shopdinotoy Upgrades_purchase 64 128 63 63 0 false false false;
shoploveraptorsbadge Upgrades_purchase 129 128 63 63 0 false false false;
shopamberkeyring Upgrades_purchase 193 128 63 63 0 false false false;
shopsnowball Upgrades_purchase 0 193 63 63 0 false false false;

add to the bottom of that list

shopnewbutton Upgrades_purchase 64 193 63 63 0 false false false;

The Numbers are the co-ordinance of the button image. They must be modified to show new buttons.

To test this out yourself. simply do the above and then go to shop or kiosk.Inx and change

// Thrill seeker
picture[0] {
name = "shoploveraptorsbadge"; // Thrill seeker image
}

to

// Thrill seeker
picture[0] {
name = "shopnewbutton"; // Thrill seeker image
}

I will play around with this some more, it allows the possibility of adding 3 new food/item types for a second eatery or shop.

:)

Edit: This will also work with all Ingame icon types (buildings, enviro tools, research, etc)

This is actually pretty neat. I haven't played the game in years, but I really appreciate your dedication.
