Tyrannosaurus Infection

Unread postby superhans8 » Tue, 11th Jan 2011 23:01

When a tyrannosaurus bites its prey, its prey starts dieing due to infection...
is it possible to make a mod that is a trex bites its prey, its prey will start losing small amounts of health?
if so, how? i would like to see a trex kill a dino with its bacterial bite :)

There is too a way. Didn't you guys do it with the Dilophosaurs and their spit?

>Dilo Paralysis

Dilophosaurus are now quite dangerous. Now, when they attack prey, the spit slowly paralysizes the opponent, causing it to collapse and fall into comatose. The Dilo can then either decide to finish it off or leave it to die.

Ya, not infection, but its something. I dunno how you guys did it, but maybe you could change the behavior line in the tml file for the tyranno to a dilo or something... Sorry to say Superhans8, but very few experienced users, if any, have jpog anymore. Probably because it is a pain in the arse to work right in Windows 7, and we all burnt ourselves out on it, especially since the modders have gotten as far as they could without editing the models. Sure, there are tiny bits of stuff that havent been done to that exact detail, like your request, but something of that nature has been done. Sounds have been edited, behaviors dressed up to look like something else, skins made (even ones with extremely high quality on all dinos), sky has been edited, grass edited, "new" dinos added...
